Posada La Terraza
Located a short 20 yards from the beach in Gran Roque and a neighbor to Posada La Gaviota. The house was designed by German architect and sculptor Steve George, and who has been involved artistically in every detail. It is an open-house built in the Mediterranean style with an open design that allows constant ventilation and of air-circulation.

In addition to the lounge, there is a beautiful interior garden inhabited by the sculptures of owner/artist, Josefina, together with cacti and tropical flowers. There is a large lounge area for guests to use with two hammocks and six comfortable sofa day-beds where you can relax after returning from of a sunny day at the beach. A large rooftop terrace is the perfect place to observe the sunrises and sunsets on the island and the dazzling night skies of the Caribbean..

All rooms are equipped with mosquito net, ceiling-mounted fan, air conditioning, and private bathroom with hot water. All rooms are very well ventilated and are provided with complete room service. Maximum Occupancy 2.
OF NOTE
Although nearly beachfront, there is one structure directly in front of the property: the local church. This means no oceanviews from your room, but still within a short stone's-throw from the beachfront.
Take advantage of each day to the fullest by visiting the different islands and cays by boat, or stay closer to home and walk through the landscape and hidden beaches on the main island of Gran Roque where they found the ruins of the Dutch lighthouse that dates back to 1872.
