A large 3-Bedroom condo located directly on the beach in El Yaque a short 5 minute walk downwind from the Vela Margarita Windsurf Center. This second floor condo has 3 neighbors in the compound including resident-professional BRA111 (Ricardo Campello), and is fully set for a trip of a lifetime with all the amenities: complete kitchen with granite counter-tops, 3 1/2 bath with tiled showers, laundry room, large living room with huge windows, shaded yard, plus private patio on the beach. Sleeps 6-8 comfortably. Hi-Speed WiFi and daily maid service included as well!

ROOM OPTIONS

Two-story 3-bedroom unit with 1 King bed in the 1st downstairs, 2 Single beds (can be connected to make a "King" Bed in the 2nd bedroom, plus 1 Queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. Families with kids can ask to use the Queen air-mattress and make the most of the space to share the condo between two families. 3 1/2 bathrooms, tons of living space, a series of ENORMOUS windows with views of the ocean literally steps away from the property. Maximum Occupancy 6 or 8 with kids.
