The Maui Sunset is located on over 5 acres of oceanfront at Kihei which is considered one of the best locations on the Valley Isle. Kihei is noted for its year round sunshine, balmy trade winds, and soothing evening air. It is one of the driest and sunniest areas on the entire island, averaging only 10 inches a year! One remarkable benefit of the Maui Sunset is the fact that you can windsurf or kite RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE PROPERTY! Due to off-shore winds please make sure to be experienced getting back upwind and try to always sail with a friend. Access to a large on-site storage locker on the ground level will now make it easier than ever to choose the Southshore for your trip to Maui!

PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS

The two buildings frame and protect a large recreational area that is carefully attended and landscaped. The 60 foot swimming pool with its broad decks and abundance of pool furniture invites you to improve on your tan. Two regulation sized tennis courts lie directly between the buildings and the ocean, plus four more tennis courts are within easy walking distance. All living and sleeping areas are air conditioned, but ceiling fans and fresh breezes naturally cool the units. The kitchen and linens are fully stocked. Additional maid service can be arranged if desired.
